Girus Online is completely hosted on our own dedicated web servers, and managed by our own system experts so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We look after your data, perform daily backups and keep the system in top condition. You just feed it raw data directly from your printing machines and we will serve you back invaluable productivity reports and statistical information on demand 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Girus Online uses the same T20 data collection terminals to interface to your machines as the Girus Productivity Toolkit. Girus T20 data collection terminals retrofit to your printing machines in a matter of a few hours by simply replacing your existing batch counting equipment. The T20 is then connected to the internet via your existing computer network and we start to collect and organise your data. The data collected is the most accurate means of data collection available, and reduces the burden on operators by eliminating manual time sheets.

Girus Online is totally web based which means that you will be able to access your reports and manage your system from any computer connected to the Internet, anywhere in the world, at any time. Access to the system is via a secure User ID and Password and as many users as required can be given access so sharing your data across your company is easy.

Girus Online is a subscription-based service. You lease the T20 data collection terminals from us and pay an annual subscription to Girus Online. With monthly payment options available, there is no large capital expenditure, and you can be up and running very quickly.

Girus online works through your web browser and does not require any software to be installed on your computer. This means that there are no software incompatibility issues and no software updates to concern yourself with. Additionally, since all your software is hosted on our server, whenever the software is updated you will automatically receive those updated features. Your software will never be out of date and you will never have to pay for upgrades.
