Girus Productivity Toolkit

Girus Productivity Toolkit is ideal for all printing companies from single press sites with a single computer to large multi-site enterprises employing large networks and requiring data distributed to staff on their own PCs.

For smaller installations Girus Productivity Toolkit can be installed on a single PC with a Microsoft Access Database keeping installation time and cost to a minimum, while for larger installations a SQL Server database will be employed on a dedicated Server. The system is also easily scalable from one to the other as the company grows.

Girus Productivity Toolkit allows a degree of flexibility not present in the Girus Online product. There is a custom report import function that allows the inclusion of additional reports into the system. These reports must be in Crystal Reports format and can be created by your own IT personel or alternatively our Consultancy Services can produce them for you. Either way, you are always able to tailor reports to suit the way you work.

Integration into your existing MIS or workflow system is also possible with GIRUS Productivity Toolkit, enabling job schedule data to be imported and downloaded to the T20 data collection terminals. This feature minimises the amount of input required by the press operator and presents additional job specification information directly to the machine.

Girus T20 data collection terminals retrofit to your printing machines in a matter of a few hours by simply replacing your existing batch counting equipment. The T20 terminals count all your good and waste product, and monitor every second of machine activity. Additionally, the T20s provide an operator interface for presenting job instructions to operators and allowing the operator to record job information as the job progresses. The data collected is the most accurate means of data collection available and offers information in real time to the print manager, while lessening the burden on operators by eliminating manual time sheets.
