2007– Visi-tech agree deal to setup manufacturing
plant in India.
Girus Group, Visi-tech
division have agreed a deal with their Indian distributors
OMSuntronics Converting Equipment to set up Visi-tech India.
The new venture is the
culmination of a close working relationship between the
two companies and a successful entry into the Indian market.
OMSuntronics have represented Visi-tech and promoted Visi-tech
web inspection products in India for the past 3 years, and
so the progression to setup the new manufacturing plant
with them was a natural one.
The new venture will create
a high-tech manufacturing facility in Baroda, India where
the new Visi-tech Ultra Fusion range of products will be
manufactured and supported specifically for the Indian market.
