Reports measures and analyses productivity data
Measurement and analysis
of KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and other productivity
data is provided by the Girus Reports module. While Girus
Virtual Shop Floor provides real time data that enhances
the print manager’s ability to manage the shop floor
on a daily basis, Girus Reports provides longer-term data
and analysis tools to enable print managers to improve productivity
and make the operation leaner and more efficient at a strategic
as well as a tactical level.
Girus Reports allows the
print manager to set performance targets for each Key Performance
IndicatorI, and then measure the performance of machines,
operators and the whole operation against those targets.
The performance against target for each job is highlighted
on screen, with green icons showing the jobs that have completed
on target and red icons showing those jobs that failed to
perform within the given parameters. Girus Reports on-screen
status icons allow the print manager to quickly and easily
identify problem jobs and direct attention where it is most
required.
The analysis tools and
reports provided within Girus Reports also allow the management
team to gain a global view of the operational performance
against expectations and take strategic
decisions to improve productivity and performance. |
