Girus’ Software Support and Maintenance Service (SSMS) helps maximise the benefits our customers can gain from our products. Our SSMS provides customers with high-quality rapid professional support and a software up-date programme so that the day-to-day operation of the system is maintained and enhanced, providing our customers with the maximum possible benefit and return.

The Girus software and firmware up-dates provided with SSMS keeps the entire installation in line with the latest software releases and standards, while an annual preventative maintenance schedule keeps your hardware in top condition.

SSMS includes:

  • Telephone help line: unlimited access to telephone support from Girus engineers. They can be contacted 9.00am - 5.00pm GMT, Monday to Friday
  • E-mail support: you can e-mail us with a query at any time. Asking the experts saves you valuable time and offers solutions when you need them
  • Software and firmware up-dates: keep your investment up to date with software and T20 firmware up-dates
  • Girus Knowledgebase: a collection of technical guides and frequently asked questions about Girus products
  • Remote desktop servicing: our engineers can use an Internet connection to connect directly to your computer and operate the system remotely. This service helps solve problems rapidly and simply, but requires the relevant access permissions from your local network administrator
  • Document library: access to all relevant media and documentation
