For smaller installations Girus Productivity Toolkit can be installed on a single PC with a Microsoft Access Database keeping installation time and cost to a minimum, while for larger installations a SQL Server database will be employed on a dedicated Server. The information gathered by the system can be analysed and presented in different formats by using the various system modules including Virtual Shop Floor, Reports and Trends.

The T20 terminals count all your good and waste product, and monitor every second of machine activity, but additionally the T20s provide an operator interface for presenting job instructions to operators and allowing the operator to record job information as the job progresses.
